Dr Waqar Aftab

Dr. Waqar is a board member of Islamabad Healthcare Regulatory Authority (IHRA) since 2019, a branch of Ministry of National Health Services Regulations and Coordination Government of Pakistan. He is a dermatologist, trained at St.Thomas's Hospital, London and is also Director of Sazin London PLC. UK. He lives in Islamabad and donates his time as well capital for the welfare of our girls at Mera Ghar. He provides legal counsel and arranges legal representation of Mera Ghar ensuring that every person under the trust has legal cover and every rupee spent during operations is accounted for and in accordance with the law.

He holds a diverse porfolio extending from Chief Executive/Director at Toddlers Education (pvt) Ltd,  to Managing Partner at British Comestic Laser (regd.). He is also Managing Director/Chief Executive at United Medical Group (pvt) Ltd., Sazin (pvt) Ltd. Previously he has been associated with Medical Diagnostics (regd) as Managing Director. Managing Director/Chief Executive as M/S Allied Developers (pvt) Ltd, M/S Bupa and Cups (pvt) Ltd.,Life Member Pakistan Medical Association,Rawalpindi since 1990, Regional and Central Councillor of PMA , Joint Secretary and International Co-ordinator for Rawalians since 2016.

He is an Abdalain from 23rd entry, Iqbal Wing and a graduate of Rawalpindi Medical College, class of 1987. Studied Dermatology at University of London. He is based in Islamabad with his four children and wife.
